Everything was perfect, truly enjoyed courtyard view from my luxury apartment. Kitchen was an added bonus. The location was good and stunning because it was next to tourist attractions, the South Kensington tube station, and Natural History Museum. Had nice dainties at Shoty Restaurant and Cafe, located next door to the hotel.

Simply nothing to complain about, really amazing stay. Clean accommodation, excellent staff. Central location, not too far away from St Luke's Churchyard. Newly renovated and large rooms with laundry machine and a very nice full kitchen plus complimentary house smart phone. A huge variety of appetising food at breakfast time.

Magnificent and perfect location close to the underground, and 15 minute walk from a famous museum. Attentive staff, newly decorated apartment.

Absolutely fantastic hotel with helpful staff for a perfect stay. Very good service throughout. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too. Magnificent location as only 5 minutes to a scientifically spellbinding museum. Amazing restaurant and main bar on-site. Great way to end our trip.

We were there for 2 days, everything was perfect, loved its particularly good location short walk to south Kensington tube, Natural History Museum, and Cheval Harrington Court.

The hotel had an unbeatable and super location close to station. We asked for apartment and it was individual.

Had a very lovely stay for our June 2018 visit, and will certainly stay here again. Main bar was roomy.

Greatly enjoyed the rooms, they were well-appointed with high spec equipment. The location of the hotel was particularly good - a 10-15 minute walk from a famous museum. Plus it was max 15 mins walk to the lake.

I had apartment which was recently renovated, extremely comfy bed. This was a lovely experience in an excellent and unbeatable location within 200 metres from South Kensington metro station. The staff was attentive, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

Excellent experience, excellent base for a short break. Special place to stay 2 km away from a Hyde park. Clean facilities in general, great and fab location close to the centre of London.
